**Hacienda San Benito – Wellness Therapies Policy** **1. Booking & Payment** All wellness therapies must be reserved in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. --- **2. Cancellation & Rescheduling** We understand that plans may change. The following conditions apply: * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made **24 hours or more in advance** will receive a full credit toward a future service. * Cancellations made **less than 24 hours in advance** are non-refundable. * No-shows will result in a **100% charge** of the booked service. Hacienda San Benito reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, operational needs, or therapist availability. In such cases, clients will be offered a rescheduled time or credit. --- **3.
