Hands-on sessions led by the people who actually do this work every day — not demonstrations, but real practice. Roast and grind your own coffee from beans grown on the property. Work raw cacao into chocolate the old way. Learn how a plantain becomes a dozen different dishes, or how sugarcane becomes rum. Churn ice cream by hand the way it was done before electricity did it for us. Weave palm the way it's been woven here for generations, move through a dance lesson grounded in the coast's own rhythms, or sit down with a local painter and actually make something. Each workshop is small, hands-on, and taught by the person who knows it best — not a class about the culture, a session inside it.
