Agriculture is not the only problem—but it is the only one of the major systems contributing to environmental imbalance that can also become a direct, scalable solution. When carbon exists in the atmosphere, it accelerates climate change, trapping heat and destabilizing ecosystems across the planet. But when that same carbon is returned to the soil, it becomes something entirely different—it transforms into life. It feeds microorganisms, restores fertility, improves water retention, and rebuilds the very foundation that ecosystems depend on to thrive. This shift in perspective is at the core of **Guardians of the Soil**. The program is designed to form students who don’t just understand these dynamics in theory, but who can see, experience, and apply them in real-world contexts. Through hands-on learning and guided exploration, participants discover how regenerative agriculture has the power to restore degraded ecosystems, rebuild soil health, and create systems that are not only sustainable—but resilient. They learn that soil is not just dirt, but a living system. That agriculture, when done intentionally, can move from extraction to regeneration. And that the future of sustainability is not only about reducing harm, but actively rebuilding what has been lost. This is not a passive visit to the countryside. Cancellation Policy
**Hacienda San Benito – Wellness Therapies Policy** **1. Booking & Payment** All wellness therapies must be reserved in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. --- **2. Cancellation & Rescheduling** We understand that plans may change. The following conditions apply: * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made **24 hours or more in advance** will receive a full credit toward a future service. * Cancellations made **less than 24 hours in advance** are non-refundable. * No-shows will result in a **100% charge** of the booked service. Hacienda San Benito reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, operational needs, or therapist availability. In such cases, clients will be offered a rescheduled time or credit. --- **3.
