**Hacienda San Benito – Wellness Therapies Policy** **1. Booking & Payment** All wellness therapies must be reserved in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. --- **2. Cancellation & Rescheduling** We understand that plans may change. The following conditions apply: * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made **24 hours or more in advance** will receive a full credit toward a future service. * Cancellations made **less than 24 hours in advance** are non-refundable. * No-shows will result in a **100% charge** of the booked service. Hacienda San Benito reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, operational needs, or therapist availability. In such cases, clients will be offered a rescheduled time or credit. --- **3. Health & Safety Disclosure** Clients are responsible for informing Hacienda San Benito of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or physical limitations prior to their session. Certain therapies may not be suitable for all individuals. Hacienda San Benito reserves the right to decline or modify treatments based on health and safety considerations. --- **4.
